Order Confirmations

Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive a confirmation of your order as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there
are any mistakes in your order, please email us immediately. This e-mail is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order, a Despatch Note will be included with your order.

Complaints

Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law.

We will never collect sensitive information without explicit consent Information we retain can be checked by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.

Prices and Payment

The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order. If a product becomes unavailable you will be notified and given a full refund if required. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

Despatch and Delivery

Despatch will not take place until payment is received but the majority of goods will be dispatched within 7 days of order, if your order has not arrived within 14 days then please contact us. Due to the nature of the product no refunds or returns are available. Items damaged during shipment should be returned within 7 days. Packaging and post costs are shown separately and we reserve the right to use any carrier available to us. Remote parts of Scotland and Ireland may have a small surcharge to cover costs, please phone or email us if you are in doubt and want to check on a price before goods are despatched. EU and Worldwide prices for post and packaging can be given on application. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the payment of any local taxes and duties that may be in force at the time of purchase. Liability insurance is included in the post and package price.

Damaged Returns

Before any goods are returned please contact us, preferably by Email, for a Returns Number quoting your invoice number, We will reply by return. If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery please return them for a full credit including postage and packing costs you have incurred.

Force Majeure

The seller is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any order due to events beyond the seller's control. While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of GePmail.
